Did anyone notice the Halloween music being played like crazy this past weekend? I think I heard "Monster Mash" five times in one hour. Oddly enough, I didn't mind. It was fun driving around doing my last minute Halloween-errands and listening to "Thriller". It got me in the Halloween spirit and excited for the events that were to come that night.
I love hearing Michael Jackson anyway, and the song "Thriller" just takes me back to when I was a little youngin' scared SHITLESS of the music video. I remember sitting with my dad all freaked out by the zombies and the "scary Michael."
You know the holidays have begun when the radio stations pick up and start playing the holiday music. Like when Christmas comes around, I will get to hear Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You" over and over again.
But yeah, I just thought it was fun with the old-school Halloween songs playing. Ahh made me feel young again :)
